On November 8th, accompanied by leaders of Suining City, Li Wuwei, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and Executive Vice Chairman of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang, led a delegation to visit and provide guidance to the BaiShi Sichuan base. Zhou Hong, Director of Application Projects at BaiShi, received Li Wuwei and his delegation, and accompanied the inspection team on a tour of the BaiShi Sichuan base.

The delegation successively inspected the BaiShi Optoelectronics Class 10,000 cleanroom production workshop, fully automated production line, advanced production equipment, and R&D laboratory, and listened to detailed explanations from BaiShi's docent.

After touring the BaiShi product exhibition, Li Wuwei expressed his appreciation for BaiShi's high-efficiency, energy-saving products. He stated, "Currently, China's individual technologies are not lagging behind international levels, but the gap lies in system integration. The key is to integrate and consolidate various technologies in order to enhance our country's overall competitiveness. As a high-tech private enterprise, BaiShi has already taken a significant step forward in this field, which is no easy feat."

After visiting the technology-rich Baishi Industrial Park, Li Wuwei instructed the Baishi staff accompanying him during the inspection to implement the "Green Development" strategy, practice the business philosophy of "Technology Illuminates Life," expand and strengthen the enterprise, and strive to become a leading enterprise in Suining City's industrial relocation.

Baishi began its industrial layout a year ago, adjusted its industrial structure, and increased investment in display light sources, continuously expanding production scale at its Sichuan base; in September 2011, Baishi again invested nearly ten million to introduce internationally advanced packaging equipment to enhance production capacity. Q3 LED packaging increased by 207,724K, a year-on-year increase of 122.9%.
