The 7th "Lighting Consultant Training" will be held again in Shanghai

With technological innovation and development, the lighting industry is undergoing a transformation, from single-product manufacturing to providing solutions and services for users. Many enterprises have embarked on the transition from "selling products" to "managing users" when expanding their markets. Facing market changes, many practitioners in the lighting industry are breaking through their bottlenecks. In addition to technological innovation and product upgrades, becoming a customer's lighting consultant and winning customer trust with professional knowledge has become a "compulsory course" for lighting practitioners. In response to this change, in June this year, the China Association of Lighting Industry officially launched the vocational skill level evaluation project for "Lighting Consultants". Up to now, seven training sessions have been held in Zhongshan, Shanghai, and Guangzhou, and classes will be held again in Shanghai from December 2nd to 5th.

The "Lighting Consultant" program is a professional training course organized by Yunzhiguang under the guidance of the China Association of Lighting Industry (CALI).The training content covers the fundamental knowledge and skills that frontline sales and marketing personnel in the lighting industry should master, addressing the issue of "professionalization of sales staff" and cultivating consultative sales talent for enterprises.

本项目采取连续培训及考试的方式。培训内容包含业务场景中的照明专业知识应用和灯光咨询顾问实战技巧、案例和演练、别墅家居智能灯光设计等，主要讲授在灯光销售的业务场景中所涉及的照明专业知识应用、居住空间光环境设计以及设计师渠道营销、业务实战培训等等。以全程教授顾问式销售的知识、技巧和方法，让受训者成为一名专业的灯光咨询师。考试包含理论与技能考试，理论考试为闭卷笔试，技能考核为照明汇报方案制作。两项考核均达到60分以上即可获得证书。

Participants in the training will acquire professional skills through simple and easy-to-understand methods, enabling them to effectively apply this expertise in future sales work.
