美国LSG再次提起337专利调查：中国企业牵涉其中

2019年5月1日，美国Lighting Science Group Corporation（又称“美国照明科学集团公司”和/或“LSG”），Healthe, Inc、美国Global Value Lighting, LLC根据《美国1930年关税法》第337节规定向美国际贸易委员会提出申请，主张对美出口、在美进口及销售的特定发光二极管产品、系统及其组件（Light-Emitting Diode Products, Systems, andComponents Thereof）侵犯了其专利权。
